Growtide was built by people who got tired of agencies that report on activity instead of results. We build, launch and run growth systems, and we answer for the numbers.
Where we come from
Growtide started in Medellín, Colombia, with a simple conviction: marketing only matters if it produces customers. Our team brings years of experience in performance media, e-commerce and web development, from global agency networks to running our own businesses in hospitality and food.
Running our own companies taught us what our clients feel: every dollar has to come back. So we don't sell ads, websites or automation as separate projects. We connect them into one system and measure it on revenue.
Today we work with brands across the Americas, with a clear focus: Hispanic-owned businesses in the U.S. and Latin American brands growing into the U.S. market. Two languages, one scoreboard.

Carlos Rey
Partner & Commercial Director
Bilingual entrepreneur with more than eight years in digital marketing and e-commerce. Carlos began his career at DDB Colombia and has since led growth programs for brands in health, e-commerce, hospitality and professional services across Colombia, Latin America and the United States. He also owns and operates businesses in hospitality and food, so he knows the other side of the table.
